functionality
The Sägespaltautomat is driven by a PTO.
The machine is designed as standard for the rear three-point suspension KATI.
KATII is also possible by screwing longer adapter bolts into the tail arms.
The PTO gearbox drives 2 large hydraulic pumps.
A pump drives the splitting cylinder.
The other pump drives the chain saw and the conveyor belt so that the splitting machine is operated completely hydraulically.
The riving knife is operated manually in 9 different positions.
The conveyor is hinged and can be easily lifted and lowered with a winch.
A person lowers the folded conveyor belt to the ground by means of a winch, then unfolds the front conveyor belt and can thus bring the complete conveyor belt to the desired height.
The hydraulic intake belt is in the standard basic equipment.
It is 90 cm long.
It can be used for feeding and returning the wood.
The 6-splitting cross, 4-splitting cross and the cardan shaft are included!
Important
The machine is completely assembled by us, set and it runs trial.
Then it is placed in this condition on a pallet and wrapped with foil - so you have a ready-to-use saw splitter.

By the way, I also added to the log splitter. A simple crane was welded to the right side with a lifting capacity of 500 kg. The lifting crane has 220 volts which are operated by a tractor converter. It is a great relief from work and did not cost much.

The log lifter can be connected to all saw splitters, firewood splitters of the Woodking series.
An additional control valve is included in the scope of delivery of the log lifter.
Up to max. trunks 4 m long can be lifted with this log lifter.
A hydraulic feed roller transports the log into the feed channel.
The feed belt and the hydraulic feed roller of the log lifter are connected in series and are operated by means of a control lever.
