Flail mower with freewheel
The small tractor should have a rear three-point hitch KAT0 or KATI and a standard PTO with 540rpm. clockwise.
This flail mower is also suitable for smaller tractors, provided you drive with the first gear at high grass, then the tractor is not overloaded.
The gearbox is equipped with freewheel. The standard PTO is included in the standard scope of delivery.
The flail mower is equipped with hardened steel beaker. The knives have a long service life and can be sharpened easily with the angle grinder.
The sheet steel housing is 4 mm thick on the outside.
The gearbox has a freewheel as standard, so the blade shaft can run out when the drive is switched off.
By means of 2 double-acting hydraulic cylinder, the tailgate can be opened and closed.
There is a hydraulic cylinder mounted on the right and left.
For this purpose, a double-acting control valve must be present or still attached to the tractor.
The 36 mounted steel cup knives guarantee a clean cut.
The two front support wheels are 2-way height adjustable. It is installed under the rear of a steel roller, which is not height adjustable.
The actual cutting height adjustment is infinitely variable via the adjustment of the upper link.
The standard scope of delivery includes the PTO, 2 hydraulic cylinders for the rear discharge and the hose set.
On the hose set a plug-in coupling / bayonet fitting size 3 (20.8 mm) is screwed.
